Privacy notice
This notice explains how the Arise & Bloom Counseling website uses analytics and its contact form.
Analytics and your choice
No analytics load for ordinary visitors unless you choose Accept on the analytics banner. If you choose Decline (or make no choice), Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not loaded and set no cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) so we don’t ask again. Internal quality-assurance test sessions (tagged with a QA link) load analytics so the tools can be checked; those sessions are labeled “qa_swarm” and filtered out of reporting.
Microsoft Clarity
If you accept, Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, page views) so the design can be improved. Clarity may set cookies, including Microsoft/Bing cookies. All form fields are masked: what you type into the contact form is not sent to Clarity. See Microsoft’s privacy statement and Clarity masking documentation. Microsoft · Clarity masking
Google Analytics 4
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and general usage (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type) and sets Google Analytics cookies (for example _ga). We do not send contact-form contents to Google Analytics. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google privacy · partner sites
Google Tag Manager
If you accept, Google Tag Manager is used to manage the analytics tags above. It loads tags but does not itself store your form contents; it may be logged by Google when loaded.
Contact form
The Contact page offers a calendar booking button for a complimentary 15-minute consultation (Ariela’s Google Calendar) and a message form. Form submissions are emailed to Ariseandbloomcounseling@gmail.com through our email delivery provider (Resend). Please don’t include private health details. You can also call (470) 593-6930.
Emergencies
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. This website and its contact form are not for emergencies.
